I was satisfied with Damla Hanım's customer relations and manicure service.But I definitely do not recommend you to risk your special days and get make-up. Unfortunately, I chose it for my engagement make-up. The employee praised himself with the brands he used, the training he received and gave, and his years of experience. Then, he darkened my skin by 2 shades with a mold-like foundation. It remained visible throughout the day, but it never integrated with my skin. I said I would just resize it with contours and fix it. Nothing changed. He couldn't apply my eyeliner for almost 30-40 minutes, imagine I brought my supplies from home and applied it myself. She glued an eyelash and pushed it back 3 times. The lipstick palette pattern was like 2015 trend colors. Rather than the make-up I wanted, they tried to create something different by adding their own interpretation. It was negative in every sense, there was no preparation, eyebrow fixing, make-up fixing etc. professionalism was zero. At home, we hurriedly tried to fix things. It was 1-1.5 hours past the time he gave for preparation. I was late for my own engagement party. After I made a comment at the checkout as if I had to like it, he brought a wet wipe and asked me to come and wipe the money. This was just his rudeness. I did not get into an argument because I was late, out of respect for his age. . Again, Ms. Damla intervened, calmed me down, tried to reconcile the situation, gave a discount for satisfaction, etc. This was my experience and I definitely do not recommend the make-up service.
I am very pleased with the laser service, I am still continuing my sessions, the results are great, thank you very much in advance.
Ms. Damla is very successful in her job and works with dedication. I am very pleased with the manicure, pedicure and G5 massage services. I recommend them.
Quality service, a friendly business towards customers, it does its job very well, I am very satisfied, I recommend it to everyone.
